She was looking for lunch for me and told a employee at the deli my situation. He offered to make a gluten free sandwich for me from bread that was on the shelf. He took the bread out of the bag, washed his hands changed gloves and used a different cutting board. I ate the delicious sandwich. I never got a reaction from it either.
